New lower
prices
For a limited time only Secure Perimeter Institute is having a sale. We have slashed our price by 80% to just $6 per month. Likewise the annual subscription is now just $24.
These prices won’t last. How long until we raise our prices?
We don’t know. But the new lower prices are good through the end of Christmas, which means until the 12th day of Christmas.
Thus, 2026.01.06 may be the last chance you have to subscribe at these prices.
We plan to increase the number of essays and notes for this ‘stack so you’ll also get more for your money.
If you have any questions, add them below in the comments and we’ll get back to you promptly.
Parents’ Guide
We are planning a new Parents’ Guide to Secure Computing which we think we will be making available through our Patreon profile. The intended price point is $9 so it should be very affordable.
The goal is to have a set of guidelines for how to improve the data security and communications privacy of the devices your children can access. We also want to encourage you to have good data security and communications privacy habits of your own, so you can better protect your home’s perimeter and therefore better protect your children.
We’ll cover topics like not clicking on links from strangers in emails or on platforms, the concerns parents have with Roblox and similar online gaming systems, secure browsing, scripts or no-scripts, plug-ins, and more. Let us know in the comments if this product would be of interest to you.
Thank you.

I am especially excited to be launching a suite of products and services for parents and their youngsters. Thwre is an urgent need for enhanced education and protocols to protect kids online. True to form - agencies, government bodies not-for-profits - who purport to defend the sacredness and defenselessness of children are doing very little to investigate and prevent these crimes. In some cases they are blatantly neglecting the reality of cybercrimes and attacking those trying to do something: https://youtube.com/shorts/ThixMqo44vg?si=m_rAJHjEP8Ivqx3G
Digital crime commited toward the youth is getting worse and worse, and more perverse, a situation recently highlighted by Sean Ryan's expose of predatory networks via the incredible investigative work of ethical hacker, Ryan Montgomery (Sentinel Foundation). https://youtu.be/X51d06g4tuk?si=fCP6mUXmXLzpeA4R
As a community, as a people who wish to preserve decency and the sanctity of innocence, we must band together to further expose, root out and defend our vulnerable from the vile filth that parades around our digital environments.
